Our Boarders are kept separate. The Cattery has large separate lounging areas and an outdoor area for Boarder enjoyment.

The Cattery is comfortable, clean and chic, a reflection of our love of the surrounds. All Boarding areas are cooled and heated we also love fresh air.

Unlike other Catteries we do not charge for brushing, playtime or bringing your own food.

We were in between houses and needed a place where our boys could be safe and happy for 5 weeks. It was really important that Charlie and Alex could be together, have some space to relax and get some attention. TheCattery@Yass River was a fabulous find for us. Jane was great at communicating in the ‘leading up’ stage and very accommodating to my changing dates and drop off time. As soon as I got to The Cattery any anxiety I felt left. The facilities are awesome; with lounges, cushions and snuggly places to sleep, even an outside area! On collection the boys were content, in excellent condition and spirit. THELMA:

Thelma always gets special attention at this 'home away from home'. She loves to watch the activities on the farm through the large picture windows and to soak up the sunshine. She also enjoys the warmth of the slow combustion stove and snuggling down into a cosy lounge. Jane & her family are very welcoming and caring; they not only look after Thelma very well but are a delight to visit.

Before TheCattery@Yass River we'd tried a few different Catteries around the Canberra area, but Archie was never quite settled he got home. After staying at Yass River he's happy, relaxed and calm. Jane and her family take care of him like he's their own.
He can't wait to get out the carrier to have a cuddle and play around the moment he gets there. We'd recommend Yass River any day.
